The Northwest Rotary Aidan Maloney Young Professionals Award

Purpose:

Through this annual award, Rotary recognizes up to two young professionals who positively impact their chosen vocations and communities. The award honors the exceptional work of St. John’s Northwest Rotarian and former Rotary District Governor Aidan Maloney, and demonstrates Rotary’s commitment towards fostering leadership and community service in young professionals.

Criteria:

Nominees must be between the ages of 25 - 40 years.
Currently employed and making an impact in their chosen career.
Demonstrated commitment to community enhancement.
Nominees can self-apply (current Rotarians not eligible).

Award:

Recognition at a Rotary luncheon
Invitation to attend Northwest Rotary luncheons as a guest for the remainder of the Rotary year
Receive a plaque from sponsoring club
$500 Donation to the Charity of choice for the recipient.
Connection with a Rotary mentor/role model in area of career interest
Will be invited to attend relevant rotary events
Congratulatory messages following event on Social Media.
