Tag Day:  The roster for the Haven Tag Day on February 16 was passed around and members were asked to sign up.

Golf Tournaments:  PP Blake Marshall told members that the regular date for the tournament was not available, so an alternate date is being negotiated with Riddle’s Bay.  However, volunteers will be needed on the day and for getting Raffle prizes.

AHCC:  Progress is being made.  Drywall is completed and there are lights.  Mudding is still to be done and floor tile is needed.

PP Delano Ingham told the members that the Salvation Army is sending a band to Trinidad for the Trinidadian Centennial Celebrations.  This is going to be an expensive endeavor and The Army is seeking sponsorships.

Fair:  $20,000 in donations received to date, a single $5,000 donation was received.  Thank you letters will be send out to all donors.

PP Ross Spurling suggested that with the other events taking place at BAA on that Saturday, admission to the Fair should be free.  The members all agreed.
