ROTARY INTERNATIONAL DISTRICT 9800

"CONFERENCE SUPPORTERS" FOR DISTRICT 9800 CONFERENCE

ADELAIDE – MARCH 31 TO APRIL 2 2011.

We are seeking the assistance of Rotary members, Rotary Clubs, Rotarians and non-Rotarians with businesses, who could contribute to the 2011 Conference with a supporters grant of $1000.00 to minimise the Conference costs. Individual support would also be welcome.

Companies, Clubs and individuals will have their names printed on a pop-up banner in the House of Friendship, displayed on the overhead screens, as well as being listed in the Conference Directory as "Conference Supporters", also included in the Conference satchels and listed in the Networker/website.

This is an ideal way of supporting the Conference and keeping the registration costs to a minimum, given the very difficult task of finding suitable sponsors.

Please place this request in your Club bulletins and promote at Club meetings as soon as possible, and do not hesitate to contact me for further information.

PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO THE ROTARY CLUB OF TOORAK CONFERENCEACCOUNT, AND POST TO THE ADDRESS BELOW:-

Rotarians from D9800 and all over Australia are booking for our 2011 departure for the

As well as the ANZAC Day Dawn Service and Lone Pine ceremonies, there are many other wonderful highlights and memories to bring home from this tour.

2006 tour participant Alan Seale remarked, "The sights of Istanbul, the moving Dawn Service at Anzac Cove and the hospitality of fellow Rotarians, both Turkish and Australian, combine to make this an extraordinary travel experience."

We'd really appreciate you promoting this tour to your Rotary Club Members... thank you! We have an A4 size pdf flyer which you may also like to attach to your next club bulletin or circulate at your next meeting please contact Owen (or Debbie Carr) for a copy.
