Happy Thoughts
Mike Sarraf was happy to see Roger Corbin at our meeting today. Mike was also happy with how well organized the pancake breakfast was this year. Brad Pierce was happy to be manning the beer truck at this year's Waterfront Festival. Brad's experience and fine tuned knowledge of a "pouring establishments" came in handy for the Chamber of Commerce. Charlie Foster was happy the Pancake Breakfast went well. Rick Doucette was happy with how the sausage cooked up this year. Rick was also happy he found his cell phone which was lost during the breakfast. Howard Frisch gave our first of many-to-come accountings of the breakfast. So far, the totals reflect a profit of $5000 from serving over 346 breakfasts. Tony Coraro was happy that only one parking problem surfaced during the breakfast and the problem was quickly solved. Bob Ryan was happy to have had a "good day" at the Bass Rocks Golf Club. Sinikka Nogelo was happy her brother in law went fishing with her grandson. Sinikka was also happy to see the Rotary wheel chairs - in action - on Good Harbor Beach. Jon Morse saw the Rotary wheel chair also in use at Wingarsheek Beach. Barry Pett was happy the Fisherman's Memorial Program went well. Ed Collard was happy to have his wife back home after a hospital stay.
