      No makeups were reported today

     Rotarians can now make up on line.  Check out www.rotaryeclubone.org , allow yourself 30 minutes to complete the makeup and make sure you print off a receipt of having completed your on line makeup.  Please hand  your receipt to Carole Sharoff in order for the attendance records to be adjusted. 

 

 Birthdays & Anniversaries

     Marc Sandler celebrated his birthday today.  Also celebrating his 200th birthday was Charles Darwin, of the evolution theory. 

 

Vacations

      Brad Pierce went to the Mohegan Sun for a mid-week getaway. 

                                                      

Happy Thoughts

     President Sinikka was happy the "Fireside Chart" held recently at the home of Carole Sharoff was such a success.  David Slade was happy the Interact's Lobster Roll fundraiser was a great success.  David also thanked fellow Interact Advisors, Kevin McAveeney and Julie Geary;  380 rolls were sold.  Maggie Rosa was happy the pot holes in the city were being filled.  Greg Bover was happy the Red Sox were "open" for the season in Fort Meyers.  Barry Pett was happy to be bringing his car to Sudbay Motors to repair damage from a fender bender his niece was involved in; Don Sudbay paid for the Happy Thought.   Don Sudbay was happy that President's Day weekend brought in some respectable car sales. 

 

 Fines

     Rotarians who did not partake in the Interact's Lobster Roll fundraiser were fined.

     Todd Tanger is up for next Tuesday's  ABC of Rotary MomentPat Thorpe is first backup, Sergey Zemlyanski is the second backup, and the third backup is Roger Armstrong. Please have your   ABC of Rotary Moment ready. 

    


Winners and Losers...   Isaac Wilhelm gave the ABC of Rotary Moment.  Steve Kaity  won the money, and Don Sudbay won the flowers and gave them to our speaker, Leanne.  No winners today in the card raffle.
