Jim Marr made up two times in Sanibel, Florida. Don Ottenheimer made up in San Antonio, Texas.

Don Sudbay celebrated his birthday today. No anniversaries were reported today.
Vacations
John Dugger went to Rockport, Dave Stotzer went to Maine, and Christopher Farmer went to Pennsylvania. Todd Tanger spent 10 days in Jupiter, Florida. Dan Ottenheimer spent 4 days to San Antonio, Texas. David Marsh went to Vermont. Pat Thorpe was happy to take a two week vacation. Sue Ellis also took a vacation.
Happy Thoughts
David McKechnie and Don Sudbay Jr. had a mutual admiration fest; Don investing his 401K with David, and David buying a new car from Don. Joe Ciolino was happy the University of Nebraska football team won their bowl game, and that Northwestern lost their bowl game. Roger Armstrong was happy about the city's snow removal effort during the last storm. David Stotzer was happy to have seen a bald eagle. Carole Sharoff was happy that an architect was selected to design the new Temple, the first major step toward reconstruction. Pat Thorpe was happy the bank is done with 4 years of building. Don Sudbay Jr. was happy to attend an arraignment of the thief who stole tires off a truck at Sudbay's.
Fines
Jim Marr, David Slade, and Christopher Farmer all had photo fines to pay. Rotarians who did not have their Rotary pins on were fined.
Club News
It was with great regret that the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Joe Parisi. Joe's new job in Lawrence makes it difficult to attend meetings. Joe has committed to attending special functions and work parties when he can. Thank you Joe for all your work promoting Rotary.
ABC of Rotary Moment
Kim Spaner is up for next Tuesday's ABC of Rotary Moment, Mike Sarraf is first backup, David Slade is the second backup, and the third backup is David Stotzer. Please have your ABC of Rotary Moment ready.
Winners and Losers... Terri Jones gave an ABC of Rotary Moment. Rick Doucette won the money, and Bill Flygare won the flowers. Bob Ryan was the big winner today in the card raffle, splitting $2600 with the club.
