     District Governor Tom Elliott, District Governor-Elect Ingrid Brown, and Assistant Governor Alex Ushakoff were all visiting today. Also visiting were  Barbara Ellis and Ann Lewis from the Rockport Club, John Jameson from the Haverhill Club, and Eric Noble from the Beverly Club.

Rotarians can now make up on line.  Check out www.rotaryeclubone.org , allow yourself 30 minutes to complete the makeup and make sure you print off a receipt of having completed your on line makeup.  Please hand  your receipt to Carole Sharoff in order for the attendance records to be adjusted. 

 Birthdays & Anniversaries

     Carole Sharoff celebrated her birthday today.  Julie LaFontaine is celebrating 23 "wonderful" years of marriage. 

Vacations

        Barbara Ellis went to a singing camp in New Hampshire.  Rick Doucette went to Louisville, Kentucky.  Sergey Zemlyanski spent 6 days in Israel, Dan Ottenheimer went to Quebec City, Matt Langis spent four days in Buffalo, New York.  Julie LaFontaine went to Michigan. 

Happy Thoughts

    Steve Kaity, Ruth Pino and Mike Costello were all happy about the success of the Chamber Auction.  President Sinikka was happy about the letter to the editor that Ruth Pino wrote about the Stage Fort Park Project. 

 Fines

    Steve Kaity and Ruth Pino were fined for a photo in the Chamber of Commerce newsletter. 

    Club News

 .      Joe Ciolino presented a donation check from Gus Foote to our club as a thank you for maintaining the Gus Foote Park.  President Sinikka accepted the check on behalf of the club. 

 ABC of Rotary Moment

    Julie LaFontaine is up for next Tuesday's  ABC of Rotary Moment,  Ray Lamont is first backup, Matt Langis is the second backup, and the third backup is  Kevin McAveeney.  Please have your   ABC of Rotary Moment ready. 

Winners and Losers...   Dave Kenney  gave an ABC of Rotary Moment.  Todd Tanger  won the money, and Mike Costello won the flowers.  No winners today in the card raffle.

Speakers....  District Governor Elect Ingrid Brown introduced our speaker today, District Governor Tom Elliott.  DG Tom spoke about the District Goals for his year as DG and the future projects for Rotary International.
