Interact Club
Interact members were not present today.

David Slade and Kevin McAveeney each made up twice at Interact.

Birthdays & Anniversaries
No birthdays were reported today. Sal Frontiero is celebrating the 6th anniversary of joining Rotary. Steve Noble was happy to be celebrating the anniversary of adopting 2 of his children. David McKechnie is celebrating 25 years at Baystate and Beauport Financials.
Vacations
Bruce Horne spent 4 days in Tucson, Arizona, and 4 days in Orlando, Florida. Don Sudbay spent 4 days in Colorado visiting his daughter and taking in a little skiing.
Happy Thoughts
Bruce Horne was happy to have missed the last snowstorm. Matt Langis was happy that his friend is doing better after suffering a heart attack. President Sinikka was happy that hubby Joe's surgery went well. ( Joe has had three knee replacement surgeries and is recovering nicely.)
Fines
President Sinikka gave Rudy a fine for being Rudy once again. Bruce Horne was fined for hogging 2 parking spaces today. Rotarians sitting at the same table as last week were fined. President Sinikka also instituted a pin fine today.

ABC of Rotary Moment
Sergey Zemlyanski is up for next Tuesday's ABC of Rotary Moment, Mike Costello, is first backup, Roger Armstrong is the second backup, and the third backup is Josh Arnold. Please have your ABC of Rotary Moment ready.
Winners and Losers... Rudy Macchi stood up and tried unsuccessfully to give a Rotary Moment. Sal Frontiero for Don Sudbay Jr. won the money, and Marc Sandler won the flowers. Isaac Wilhelm won the gift certificate to the Rhumb Line. No winners today in the card raffle.
Speakers.... Marc Grenier introduced Elizabeth Nelson, Companion Program Director at the Lynn Community Elder Services. Elizabeth talked about the Companion Program that serves communities on the North Shore.
