No birthdays were reported today. Mark Grenier is celebrating 14 "wonderful" years of marriage. Roger Armstrongwas happy to be celebrating the 7th anniversary of the Sawyer Free Library plant sale.
Vacation
Joe Parisi spent three days in Cape Cod. Don Sudbay spent two days in Connecticut. Pat Thorpe went to Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Happy Thoughts
Roger Armstrong was happy the plant sale went well. Todd Tanger was happy to take his children's class on a field trip to the Stage Fort Park Playground. Sue Ellis was happy her son received academic recognitions at the Gloucester High School Awards Night. Mike Costello was happy the Northwestern Ladies Wildcat Lacrosse team had a good win this year. Mike is also happy about the arrival of the 8th grandchild. John Dugger was happy to finally get a mooring at the Salem Yacht Club - after a 26 year wait. Carol Sharoff was happy the debris demolition and cleanup of the Temple was starting this week. Ruth Pino was happy Gloucester Crossing broke ground. Bruce Horne was happy to have his mother -in-Law in residence at Casa Horne. Mike Linquata was happy that the World War 2 Memorial Ceremony was well attended. Greg Bover, Sinikka Nogelo, and John Dugger were happy with the week's bird sightings.
Fines
Joe Ciolino was fined for a spelling error in last week's Rotator. Matt Langis was fined for a photo in the paper. Rotarians who did not attend any type of Memorial Day Observance were fined by President Bruce.
Club News
. Brian McCook is taking a leave of absence due to some surgery which necessitates a three month recovery.

Howard Frisch is up for next Tuesday's ABC of Rotary Moment, Sal Fronterio is first backup, Julie Geary is the second backup, and the third backup is Steve Kaity. Please have your ABC of Rotary Moment ready.
Winners and Losers... Mark Grenier gave an ABC of Rotary Moment. Sue Ellis won the money, and Christopher Farmer won the flowers. No winners today in the card raffle.
