Vacations
Jon Morse spent 10 day in California visiting family. Pat Thorpe and Howard Frisch both visited Orlando, Florida, and Carol Sharoff visited Atlanta this week.
Happy Thoughts
Julie Geary was happy to be celebrating her 3-day wedding anniversary. Ruth Pino was happy that her column about our Centennial Project made the newspaper. She was also happy to have received a $400 donation because of the article. Cheryl Collins was happy to have a new washer and dryer delivered to her home. John Dugger was happy to note that Mike Costello was not happy to toss out numbers today that were concerning Northwestern and Michigan State. Scott Chernov was happy to eating a spaghetti dinner without spotting his shirt.Dave Stotzer was happy the Interact club has such a very successful Lobster Roll fund raiser. Roger Armstrong was happy to be retired for the past 4 years. Bruce Horne was happy about the Junior Achievement class he is teaching.
Fine
President Jim gave out a "seven day" seat belt fine. Same 7 pigeons paid the fine. Joe Parisi was fined for a photo in the GDT's.
Club News
President Jim announced the resignation of Past President Julie Sidon. We wish to thank Julie for her work through out the years. Christopher Farmer was announced as a new proposed member today
The club will be on the road again on November 22, at the Cape Ann Bowling Lanes on Gloucester Avenue. Our visits to the lanes always make for a very entertaining meeting!
Winners and Losers... Nobody won the beverage of choice. Charlie Foster won the money, and Sal Frontiero won the flowers. Josh Arnold won the card raffle today.
