Happy Thoughts
Mike Costello is still happy about numbers tossing once again the numbers 34 to 29. Some one said it is the number of drinks legally sold in Rockport since it went wet last summer. John Dugger was happy to see the sun today. Rudy was happy to welcome a new granddaughter to the family. Rudy was also happy to have been installed the 3rd Vice President of the North Shore United Way. Congrat Rudy! Greg Bover was happy to have been inducted at a director of the Sawyer Free Library, congrats to Greg. Cheryl Collin was happy to have lost 27 lbs at Curves, lastly Rudy was happy to have lost 5 teeth ?, we all hope Rudy finds the 5, and may be a couple more.
Fine
President Jim fined Bruce Horne for a photo. Jon Morse was fined for not taking the empty envelopes out with the trash, Ruth Pino owned up to the deed and paid the fine.
Club News
Josh Arnold asked for Rotarians to give him any information that would be handy to print on our 06 calendar. The club's tally for giving to the Katrina Hurricane victims is $6000. The money will be sent down to Rotary District to distribute as they see best. The club is donating $500 and the Interact Club is donating another $500 to the Rotoplast project. Each $500 gift will pay for one operation. The Boy Scouts will be honoring our own Joe Parisi and a breakfast meeting at 7:30 am at the Gloucester House.
Thank you to C.B Fish Company and Greg Bover for hosting our last meeting. Every time we visit your operation it is a marvelous learning experience.
Winners and Losers... No raffles were held today
Speakers.... Greg Bover spoke about C.B. Fisk, tracker organ building and the organ that was demonstrated to us today which will be on it way to Kobe, Japan shortly.
