Interact Club
Interact members present were Rosario Testeverde and Emily DeSilva. Emily spoke about her school activities and future college goals.
Makeups
Brian McCook made up in East Longmeadow, David Slade and Julie Geary made up 3 times at Interact, David Stotzer made up 4 times at Interact.

Birthdays & Anniversaries
Todd Tanger, David Stotzer and Sergey Zemlyanaki all celebrated their birthday this week. Roger Armstrong is celebrating the 9th anniversary of the opening of his art gallery.
Vacations
Rick Doucette was happy to go to New Orleans for a work detail with a group of North Shore Y members. Jon Morse went to California for 9 days. Dave Stotzer went to Maine, John Dugger went to Vermont for 24 hours, or 1 day in some circles. Tony Corraro went to Disney for 7 days. Dave McKechnie went to Florida.
Happy Thoughts
Steve Kaity was happy to be moving back to Gloucester from Rockport. Roger Armstrong was happy to be hand delivering a painting he had just sold to a customer in New York. Sinikka Nogelo was happy to report the Red Sox won the World Series because the Nogelo's all wore their lucky Red Sox shirts for the games. President Bruce was happy to have had the opportunity to play the Salem Country Club. David Slade was happy the California fires are a somewhat safe 1 1/2 miles away from his daughter's condo. David was also happy to have been a winner at a local auction of a Kurt Schilling / Jonathan Papelbon autographed Red Sox Shirt. Todd Tanger was happy the games lasted so long because his station, 104.9 FM, played the games. Mark Grenier was happy to announce the birth of his third child last week. Sergery Semiyanski was happy he installed a crown (tooth) in one week. Steve Dexter was happy to receive a check for his card raffle winnings and is going to donate it to the Jackson Family to help their 18th month old child who just had a heart transplant.
Fines
President Bruce fined Marc Grenier for the suggestion that the Red Sox Ambassador who spoke a few weeks ago was not given enough time to speak. Joe Ciolino had a badge fine.

Winners and Losers... David Slade gave an ABC of Rotary moment. Rudy Macchi won the money, and Steve Dexter won the flowers. John Dugger won some old badges. No winners today in the card raffle.
