Birthdays and Anniversaries
Leo Bergeron, Isaac Wilhelm, and Jim Cooke all celebrated their birthdays this week. Pat Thorpe is celebrating 16 "wonderful" years of marriage.
Vacations
Jim Marr went on vacation in Wells, Maine. Rudy Macchi went to Dallas, Texas. Ray Lamont went to Queens NY to see the U.S. Open.
Happy Thoughts
Jon Morse had a somewhat-happy thought. Jon's wife Carol had a fender bender, an when checking injuries on an x-ray, a spot was discovered on one her lungs. Early detection played a big part in Carols recovery, all due to a fender bender. Good things come out of bad at times, and this is one of them. We wish Carol a quick recovery!
Fines
President Ruth fined member who have not updated their bios on the club's website. Members who did not watch the Patriots game were fined. If you owned a black car and/or were not wearing your pin, you were fined. Rotarians sitting at the same table once again were fined. Rudy was fined for being a "Rudy" at the Pancake Breakfast. (Rudy made a statement. "Old people need help".Ray Lamont was fined for the most batter spilled on himself at the Pancake Breakfast. Kim Spanner had a photo fine.

September 22 Beef stew with salad and bread. Apple crisp with whipped cream
September 29 Chicken Dijon with spinach, rice, salad. Dessert will be blueberry cobbler with whipped cream.
