Happy Thoughts
Barry Pett was happy a lost check was found in the Gloucester Fund. The check was from the Superior Police Officers as a donation of $2500 to the library, and $350 to the Temple to help with the rebuilding. Barry credits our own Howard Frisch with finding the check. Mike Costello was happy the Wildcats are 4 - 0 for the season so far. (I understand that Northwestern is now done playing the girl teams and the next games are boy's teams.) Rudy Macchi was happy to share with us that he now has a tattoo inscribed with the names of his grandchildren. Ruth Pino was happy to have driven to the District Conference with just one wrong turn. Joe Parisi was happy to have survived the backseat ride in Ruth's car, wrong turn and all. Joe Parisi was happy that Barry and Brad have stepped up to be Joe's mentors. Joe has a lot of time on his hands and his mentors are coaching him in keeping busy doing nothing. (Joe's words, not mine, do not kill the messenger!) John Dugger was happy to have a bird sighting while doing some boring book keeping. Greg Bover was happy to be visiting Costa Mesa, California. His hotel room balcony was near a Eucalyptus tree which attracted hummingbirds in great quantity.
Fines
Joe Ciolino was fined by President Sinikka for dropping his business card case. Barry Pett was fined for not wearing sox and for wearing sandals.

President Sinikka presented Carol Gray, Acting Director of the Sawyer Free Library, a check for $500 as part of our annual distribution.
