Please do not upload files here.  To add a document to our Club Documents page, upload the file into the Club Documents section here:

Once it's uploaded into the correct folder (create a new one, if needed), click GET LINK on the new file at the right and copy the URL.

Go to the Custom Page for Club Documents:

...and add it in to the appopriate story.
