Website Ad Placement Policy

Adopted by Rotary Board of Directors __October 3, 2019___

The Rotary Club of Woodbridge-Perth Amboy has ad space available on its website at   The following are the guidelines for the Ad Placement program.

·         Placement of ad is available to all businesses and nonprofits.  Ad space is available to the general public but priority consideration will be given to Rotary Club members.

·         The number of ads accepted each year will be determined at the beginning of each Rotary program year, which starts on July 1st.  The initial number of ads that will be accepted into the program is seven.

·         The board of directors will have the final approval on accepting ads and for modifying this program at any time.

·         The club reserves the right to reject any advertisement without providing any reason

Ads will appear on all pages of the website.  On the homepage and all other pages of the website the ads will appear on a random rotating basis.  Ads may be either graphic images or text and may be hyperlinked to a website or an email address.  Ads will be a maximum width of 100 pixels and a standard height not to exceed 60 pixels.

The Club agrees to post an ad on the website for a period of one year, beginning July 1 and ending June 30 for $10.00 per month, with a minimum of one year.  Payment will be due on an annual basis.  If an ad is withdrawn by the club after payment has been made and after it has been running refunds will be issued on a pro-rata basis.  No refund will be made for businesses requesting that their ad be removed from the site.  Quarterly, businesses may request a “click” report. (The number of times someone has clicked on their ad.)

Revenue will be used to offset the cost and operation of the club website.

The webmaster will receive and review all ad requests, obtain the text or graphics and other information and assure that payment has been received before posting the ad to the website. For additional questions or to advertise contact club secretary Monica Eppinger at
